Inverted shapes, creative transitions, and combinations. Standing invert prerequisite.

Instructor certification
In-person group instructor certification is available as a two-day training. Ask us about arranging it for your studio.
Studio operations intensive
A five-day business intensive for a studio owner or office manager, covering workflows, scheduling, memberships, retention, and lead generation. Flat fee: $5,000.
